Your arrival

You are responsible for arranging your travel to the Van der Valk hotel in Utrecht, the Netherlands. If you arrive by plane, Schiphol Airport is located closest to the hotel. You can grab a cab outside Schiphol to go directly to the hotel or you can travel by train from Schiphol to Utrecht and then take the metro to the hotel. Please make sure to send your arrival & departure times to Conny van Hall before August 31.

She will arrange early check-ins and late check-outs at the Hotel according to your travel schedule, as well as from the hotel to the airport.

Welcome dinner Monday 18 September

For guests that will arrive early on Monday 18 September, we will host a welcome diner at Hotel Van der Valk Utrecht. We welcome you at 18.30 at the restaurant of Hotel Van Der Valk Utrecht.

Prior to the diner you are welcome to join us for a drink at the hotel bar. The dress code is smart casual.

All quests will stay at the Van der Valk hotel in Utrecht. The hotel is located on the edge of the bustling city of Utrecht and easy to reach by train, metro or car. Activities

Your stay is in Utrecht, one of the oldest cities, which lies in the heart of the Netherlands. The city was built around the Dom Tower, which you can see from any point in the city. No other city in the world has comparable wharf cellars, housing cafés, restaurants and terraces by the water. Like to go shopping? Attached to the Central Station you find Hoog Catharijne: a great shopping mall with many of shops and restaurants. At the other end you reach the city centre with boutiques, gift shops and markets. You can also relax by the canals, discover museums in the Museumkwartier or visit the master of design: Gerrit Rietveld. The possibilities in Utrecht are unlimited.
