Travel to the Van der Valk Hotel in Veenendaal
You are responsible for arranging your travel to the Van der Valk hotel in Veenendaal, the Netherlands. If you arrive by plane, Schiphol Airport is located closest to the hotel. You can take a taxi outside Schiphol to go directly to the hotel or you can travel by train from Schiphol to Veenendaal and then take a taxi to the hotel. Your arrival & departure times
Please make sure to send your arrival & departure times to Conny van Hall (c.v.hall@terberg.com). She will arrange early check-ins and late check-outs at the Hotel according to your travel schedule, as well as from the hotel to the airport.

Walk-in dinner
For guests that will arrive early on Tuesday 9 September, we will host a welcome diner at Hotel Van der Valk Veenendaal. We welcome you at 18.30 at the restaurant of the hotel. Prior to the diner you are welcome to join us for a drink at the hotel bar.
